I am an Assistant Professor in Statistics at the Department of Mathematics, Imperial College London. Previously, I obtained my BSc and MSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from İTÜ, completed my PhD at uc3m within the Signal Processing Group under the supervision of Joaquin Miguez. I then worked as a postdoc at Warwick CS and The Alan Turing Institute (within CoSInES) before joining Imperial.
I work on mathematical and computational statistics for learning complex statistical models from data, particularly in the context of machine learning and generative models.
